Our North American T-28 "Fennec"
The North American T-28 is a two-seater training of the US Air Force and the US Navy that was built from 1948.
In 1959, the French Air Force bought more than a hundred T-28A which would be modified by Sud-Aviation and became the T-28F "Fennec".
"Fennec" designates France
The "Cross" of the T-28
The "cross" is the term given during the assembly between the fuselage and the wing of the aircraft.
This is an important step that requires precision after years of restoration.
The next steps will be the re-assembly of the shaft and the engine.

Our Lockheed T-33
"Silver Star"
The F-AYMD is now the only one to fly in Europe.
The Lockheed T33 was the first training jet aircraft of the US Air Force, it was derived from the F-80 fighter.

The F-AYMD was produced under license in Canada in 1954 by Canadair as CT-133 and served within the Royal Canadian Air Force. It is one of the 656 CT-133 built by Canadair.
The "all-aluminum" livery selected by Top Gun Voltige is that of an airplane appearing on the pages of the first installment of the comic strip "Tanguy and Laverdure".
This restoration won the Grand Prize of Heritage of the Aéroclub de France in 2020.
