Flight feasibility is confirmed the evening before by SMS around 8:00 PM. In case of adverse weather, or for any other reason preventing us from maintaining a sufficient level of safety, the flight may be postponed at the sole discretion of the pilot.
The experience will begin as soon as you arrive at our facilities. You will be greeted by your pilot, who will introduce you to the aircraft, explain the discipline, and prepare you so that you can fully enjoy your flight. Following the briefing, you will be provided with a flight suit and helmet, identical to those used by fighter pilots.
For the Aerobatic, Vintage, and Epsilon Missions, allow approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes on site.
You will fly for 10, 15, 30, or 40 minutes, depending on the chosen option.
For the Jet Experience Missions, allow half a day on site, for flights lasting 30, 45, or 60 minutes, depending on the chosen option.
Come as a group or with your family; accompanying persons are welcome! The aircraft is visible from the ground; the aerobatic zone is located directly above the airfield in La Roche-sur-Yon.
It's best not to eat anything too heavy before the flight, but having an empty stomach isn't ideal either. A children's menu, featuring the traditional "ham and pasta" dish, will be your best bet! The consumption of alcohol and drugs is incompatible with flying.
Our facilities include a bar, restrooms, a briefing room, and a lounge.
Any cancellation by the client less than 14 days before the appointment, or any no-show, will result in the loss of the flight, except in cases of force majeure with supporting documentation.

Q&A
Is aerial thrills accessible to everyone?
Yes, well, almost... We can take you flying from the age of 12 (with parental consent), and we even have a record of 82 years old! The maximum height is 1.95 m and the maximum weight is 105 kg. There's nothing superhuman about this sport, and your pilot will adapt to your limits and desires. The only requirement is to enjoy the thrill and be motivated for this flight.
Is a medical certificate required?
Yes, for all "Jet Experience" flights on the L-39, and for those 70 years of age and older, or if you have heart, neurological, or back problems. You will then be asked to present a medical certificate less than three months old, which can be issued by a general practitioner and stating that there are no contraindications to the practice of aerial sports.
When and how do I book a flight?
Appointments can be made by phone at +33 6 34 23 63 14 or by email at contact@topgun-voltige.fr. The waiting time can vary from a few days in winter to several weeks in summer.
What should I eat before flying?
Eat light! But be careful not to arrive on an empty stomach. The children's menu with the traditional "ham and pasta" will be your best friend! Alcohol consumption is incompatible with flying.
What should I wear for flying?
Be comfortable: light clothing in summer and a light fleece in winter, and athletic shoes in all cases. A flight suit will be provided.
Can I bring a friend? Are the flights visible from the ground?
Yes, of course! Such an experience deserves to be shared with your loved ones! They will be able to attend the briefing and watch the tension flights from the ground in La Roche-sur-Yon.
Can we fly all year round? What is the best time?
Yes, we fly all year round. However, the weather may force us to postpone a flight. There isn't really an ideal time, but colder weather improves the aircraft's performance.
What about the "Jet Experience" mission?
The "Jet Experience" mission is open to those aged 15 and over with parental consent, and a medical certificate stating no contraindications to practicing air sports is mandatory for everyone. Since the aircraft flies much further away than for tension flights, it will only be visible during takeoff and landing. The height and weight limits are 1.95 m and 107 kg fully equipped.
